After a corporate relocation to Tampa from New York in 2001, Georg and his wife Luz Maria fell in love with the Tampa Bay Area and decided that this was a perfect place to raise their two sons. When CitiGroup wanted him to move to a different city, Georg left the corporate world to provide his family with long desired stability and started his real estate career. He quickly became the top performing agent in his office and started assembling a team of professionals to provide clients with "World Class Service". Previous to real estate, Georg spent over 16 years in the corporate world working in several countries as Business Unit Manager, Marketing Head and Customer Service Director for Fortune 100 companies (CitiGroup, Disney, Boston Consulting Group). He has lived and worked in Europe, the US and several Latin American countries. Georg has a BS in Actuarial Science and a MBA from Northwestern University's J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Majors in Marketing, Strategy and International Business) - He graduated in the top 10% of his class (Beta Gamma Sigma). Georg is also fluent in English, Spanish, German and Portuguese.
Justin Silver is considered to be a veteran of the real
estate industry. Beginning his career in Philadelphia, PA; Justin earned his PA
real estate license in 2005 while attending Penn State University for Business
& Psychology. While selling real estate successfully in Philadelphia,
Justin went on to earn his FL real estate license in 2007 before making his move
to the Tampa area later that same year. After arriving in Tampa, FL
Justin began working in Project Management & Six Sigma Certifications for
Villanova University, and simultaneously joined with the Von Greiff Real Estate
Group. After completing his Certification goals through Villanova
University in 2009, he went on to devote 100% of his time to real estate.
Now practicing real estate for over a decade, Justin has an in-depth knowledge
& experience level which has been earned through hard work, honesty,
reliability, efficiency & the passion to continuously educate himself on
the constantly changing real estate market/industry. Justin’s approach to
real estate has proven to cultivate long-lasting relationships with his clients
by ensuring that they are able to trust in him to assist them with making the
best & most educated decisions. Justin prides himself in providing

relieve many of the stresses which are already involved in the moving and/or

Marie always loved the real estate business. She is a real estate professional that has a lot of experience in Property Management and Rental. She is dedicated to her clients to make sure they get the best service. She speaks English and Spanish. She is a full time realtor, always available to help with all your real estate needs.
Mariela is a Realtor with determination and commitment to provide her clients with exemplary service. Before being active in Real Estate, Mariela spent over 10 years working in the Information Technology area for very large corporations both in the USA and internationally as a Systems Engineer. She earned her Masters Degree at the University of Pittsburgh.
Mariela’s bilingual skills, long experience of working with people from different backgrounds as well as her work ethic and negotiation skills have proven to be an invaluable assets for her real estate clients. She is active in Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas.
Alphonsine Gonzales Portillo
Karina is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She started a financial career at Citigroup in 1994 and was relocated to the Regional Service Center in Tampa, Florida in 2001. Karina was an Assistant Vice President in the Global Custody business where she managed institutional customer relationships across the global network for the Latin American securities markets. After a rewarding experience in the banking business and a year living in Vigo, Spain, she decided to return to the United States to shift industries and follow her abiding passion for real estate and interior design. Karina holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/Spanish translation.
Her outstanding customer service skills, orientation to detail, pro-activity and outgoing personality bring key values to our group and, especially to our customers, who will be able to experience a caring and effective business relationship.
Andrea manages the
backoffice team and coordinates all aspects of the Customer Service and
Operations Departments. Having managed large groups of people in the past, she
has assembled a great team of service oriented specialists in our organization.
She is a problem solver, highly analytical, detail oriented, and has
implemented a culture of excellence which ensures that every closing goes smoothly
for our clients. Andrea is fluent in English and Spanish..
Mary is very experienced in managing all the details to ensure a flawless closing. She will anticipate and quickly solve any issues from contract to closing of all properties. In conjunction with the Buyer Specialists, she makes sure that our clients have a smooth transaction. She also supervises all active listings and ensures that our clients obtain timely and accurate feedback from all showings. Mary is extremely quick, thorough and efficient.
Hermann is in charge
of uploading the properties that we market into hundreds of websites. He
develops and uploads virtual tours, pictures and relevant information for every
home. Hermann prepares marketing materials for our listings such as flyers,
brochures, etc... Additionally, he provides support for the team by scheduling
showings, preparing showing / listing presentations and documentation. He is a
great team member, very meticulous and always willing to help.
Emily makes sure that our clients have a flawless contract to close experience. She also follows up and requests feedback from any showings of our listings. She works for our Buyers Agents by scheduling the visits and preparing the showing presentations.
