Meet the TeamVON GREIFF GROUP
After a corporate relocation to Tampa from New York in 2001, Georg and Luz Maria fell in love with the Tampa Bay Area and decided that this was a perfect place to raise their two sons. When CitiGroup wanted him to move to a different city, Georg left the corporate world to provide his family with long desired stability and started his real estate career. He quickly became the top performing agent in his office and started assembling a team of professionals to provide clients with "World Class Service". Previous to real estate, Georg spent over 16 years in the corporate world working in several countries as Business Unit Manager, Marketing Head and Customer Service Director for Fortune 100 companies (CitiGroup, Disney, Boston Consulting Group). He has lived and worked in Europe, the US and several Latin American countries. Georg has a BS in Actuarial Science and a MBA from Northwestern University's J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Majors in Marketing, Strategy and International Business) - He graduated in the top 10% of his class (Beta Gamma Sigma). Georg is also fluent in English, Spanish, German and Portuguese. Luz Maria is in charge of Marketing, Advertising and Promotion for the VON GREIFF GROUP. She designs and coordinates all the ads that appear on several media both on and offline, direct marketing campaigns and sponsorships to give back to the community that has made our progress possible. Previously, Luz Maria worked in Finance and Marketing for several corporations both in Latin America and in the US. Luz Maria has a BS in Accounting and obtained her MBA from Pace University in New York. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
Dean is a native Floridian and has lived in Tampa for the past 17 years with his wife Mercedes and their daughter Katie. Before starting his Real Estate career, Dean was a Program Director for the YMCA. After the YMCA, he headed up a new sales division for Health Plan Services and was consistently their top producer. He also worked for BCI / Motorola and was in charge of Major accounts (USTA, Coca Cola, USF, Tampa Bay Rays). Dean attended the University of Florida and the University of Tampa and has a BA in Political Science. He was on the Dean's List and a member of the Political Science and Criminal Justice Honor Society. Dean focuses mainly on working with Buyers at the VON GREIFF GROUP. He has been in real estate for over 11 years and was the founder of "DMK REAL ESTATE GROUP". In 2009, Dean decided to merge and join forces with the VON GREIFF GROUP.
Becky is a very experienced Buyer's Specialist, she is also in charge of Rentals and Vacant Properties management for the VON GREIFF GROUP. Becky is a Tampa native and an incredible source of information! Before joining the VON GREIFF GROUP she worked as Customer Service Director for GL Homes for 10 years. She will provide you with accurate, up to date information, to help you make sound decisions and to ensure that your family will be 100% satisfied and happy with your new home.
Justin helps first time home buyers find their dream home. He started his real estate career in Philadelphia and then moved to Tampa to personally invest in Real Estate. After being a customer, he joined the VON GREIFF GROUP. Justin is a strong negotiator and will be able to get you a great deal on the purchase of your home.
Carol has sales experience in the legal, printing and cell phone industries. Before joining the VON GREIFF GROUP she worked for Nokia as a Business Development Executive. When her business division was moved to the Philippines, she decided to stay in Tampa and start her career in Real Estate, where she has put her customer service skills into action. Carol has lived in Canada, South America and the US. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Having worked with Georg at CitiGroup, Ana joined the VON GREIFF GROUP in 2004. She manages the backoffice team and coordinates all aspects of the Customer Service and Operations Departments. Having managed large groups of people in the past, she has assembled a great team of service oriented specialists in our organization. She is a problem solver, highly analytical, detail oriented, and has implemented a culture of excellence which ensures that every closing goes smoothly for our clients. Ana is fluent in English and Spanish..
Julia is in charge of coordinating the buying and selling process, from contract to closing of all properties. In conjunction with the Buyer Specialists, she makes sure that our clients have a smooth transaction. She also supervises all active listings and ensures that our clients obtain timely and accurate feedback from all showings. She is enthusiastic, multi-tasker and loyal to our customers’ needs.
Hermann is in charge of uploading the properties that we market into hundreds of websites. He develops and uploads virtual tours, pictures and relevant information for every home. Hermann prepares marketing materials for our listings such as flyers, brochures, etc... Additionally, he provides support for the team by scheduling showings, preparing showing / listing presentations and documentation. He is a great team member, very meticulous and always willing to help.
Daniela joined the VON GREIFF GROUP in 2009. She works with Julia in transaction management to ensure stress free closings for our clients..
